XTMMO World Of Warcraft Public Testing Of Upcoming Legion Expansion

XTMMO When Legion releases, World of Warcraft players will finally be able to master the Demon Hunter hero class. They will be able to level to 110, take on a prominent role in their class order, find and customize powerful artifact weapons specific to their specialization, and free up bank and bag space with the revamped transmogrification system. Not to mention, many major class changes, an overhauled PvP progression, and a continuation to the games lore are all a part of the expansion.

Legion, the forthcoming sixth expansion to World of Warcraft, is expected to release summer 2016, and the public alpha test just started today. Players can identify whether or not they are in the testing process by checking out their Battle.net client. In the Region/Account section of the World of Warcraft page on the client, Alpha: World of Warcraft will be present and selectable if they have access to the test. This testing period is not widely available to most, but it does not hurt to check the client just in case.

Alpha access opened up with only the Demon Hunter starting experience available. This content was also available during BlizzCon 2015, and many World of Warcraft enthusiasts will have already viewed this material before. Players were still able to check out a few new features, though, even with the limited access. MMO-Champion, for example, posted a nice screenshot of the Wardrobe UI, the updated version of the transmogrification system in Legion.

The public testing of the Legion client also includes a few major spoilers on the state of the world in the expansion. WoWhead posted the quest dialogue indicating what has happened after Warlords of Draenor leading up to the events in Legion alongside information on a handful of key NPCs. Please view the spoiler content on the website with caution seeing as it is quite the spoiler for both factions. You will need to mouseover the spoiler section on Wowhead to view the changes.

Players with access to the Legion test are also posting several screenshots of the expansions class order halls and the new Druid forms granted by the games new artifact weapons. Many of these can be seen on the popular World of Warcraft subreddit on Reddit. For example, players can check out the Warrior class hall in this post, or they can view the new bear and cat forms in their respective posts. Like other sites, the subreddit is masking spoilers so click and navigate with caution.

Legion is expected to release on or before September 21, 2016 as announced at BlizzCon this year. Players can pre-purchase it now from Battle.net, giving them immediate access to any digital goodies included in the Digital Deluxe version, if purchased, and early access to the Demon Hunter class before the expansion releases.
